Go to the ppa archive, and you can see yourself that 'l10n' is only generated
for 'en'
As your language is not 'en' you indeed get the error. Either switch your
system to 'en' or simply ignore that cosmetic problem (its only a ppa, not a
genuine ubuntu archive)
