This is an old bug related to music-app running on desktop under unity8,
it also looks like it might have been before media-hub was patched to
work on the desktop. Furthermore back then IIRC media-hub wasn't
included in unity8 desktop.
Also now there is work going on to get media-hub + music-app running as
snaps under unity8, see bug 1655749 for the music-app part of this.
Therefore, I'm going to mark this bug as invalid for the music-app.
