Public bug reported:
Upgrade from Ubuntu Server 14.04 to Ubuntu Server 16.04. Databases are
in a separate drive mounted in /dbs. Accepted all package mantainer's
files. Since it's a virtual machine, I tried again (with the backup
drive) without accepting package mantainer's file version and it did't
work either.
