Apport has made a false positive: it should be reported against dpkg.
There are tons of such garbage reports happening on either rolling
systems / removed package never purged / old corrupted settings left
behind / orphans ...

well, clean the room with gtkorphan / bleachbit

note: dpkg maintainer(s) ignore such problem as user has to maintain his
own system himself.
