Hi Dustin,
Have you tried adding a device via the 'Device' subtab under 'Nodes'?
Go to Nodes > 'Devices' > 'Add Device', Add your new device with a
'Static' IP assignment and that should do. That said, this won't force
your device to drop the lease (some devices will hold on to the lease
regardless).
