Public bug reported:

GNOME Radio is an application designed to listen to or record FM radio
stations using tuner cards.

URL: https://launchpad.net/gnome-radio
License: GNU GPL v2
Notes: Comes in stable (gnome-radio 3.22.0) versions

GNOME Radio redesign, actualize and modernize the original gnomeradio
application that according to its developer, is not under active
development anymore since 2008.

To listen to FM radio in Debian and Ubuntu users could use the original
application Gnomeradio.
Now original gnomeradio package has been removed from Debian development
repository due to the lack of a maintainer.
The source package gnomeradio is at 1.8-2 in Ubuntu, whose development was
provided by me through some patches.
