If you look at bug 1571989, you can see at the top that the bug is
present in (affects) multiple releases. Since the bug wasn't caught and
fixed earlier, it happens in multiple recent releases. You can also
follow the tasks for Xenial and Yakkety (that is 16.04 and 16.10,
respectively).
