/etc/qemu-ifup is a non-standard command. Can you give details of how
you setup your system to use this?
WORKAROUND: add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/libvirt-qemu:
/etc/qemu-ifup ixr,
and restart your VMs.
