Public bug reported:
The messaging-framework package is the only package remaining in zesty
which uses clang-3.5, which is obsolete. This has held up removal of
clang-3.5, which we should not ship with 17.04.
Since the package is already build-depending on the unversioned 'clang'
alongside 'clang-format-3.5', this should be a straightforward fix, but
the CMakeLists.txt has hardcoded the command names 'clang-format-3.6'
and 'clang-format-3.5' so this will need to be fixed.
In the meantime, I am removing clang-3.5 from zesty, so this bug will
need to be fixed for the next upload.
