* New upstream release. LP: #1664595
* Drop CVE patches, applied upstream.
* Add watch file, with GPG tarball checking, and version mangling.
* Add stanzas to debian/copyright file to automatically repackage
tarball into dfsg tarball.
* Add new symbols.
