+ debian/control: removed libnghttp2-dev Build-Depends (in universe).
+ debian/config-dir/mods-available/http2.load: removed.
+ debian/rules: removed proxy_http2 from configure.
+ debian/apache2.maintscript: remove http2 conffile.
