This warning only indicates that your machine lacks support for this
feature. It is harmless; the kernel will simply not try to use that
mechanism. Since our kernels are generic we want to have CONFIG_PCC
enabled so that it can be used on systems which can support it. If you
think you are seeing problems which are related to this message, please
reopen this bug.
