oprofile is missing support for the POWER8NVL processor type, as found in
Minsky (8335-GTB) servers.
This has not been directly seen on an ubuntu install, but is expected to occur
with current versions of oprofile shipped today.
Patch has been submitted/accepted upstream.

This patches should be pulled in to the 16.04 and 17.04 releases.
