Public bug reported:
Unity8 shows wrong cursor (just fails to change at all) in some apps.
Test case:
1. Start AisleRiot (/usr/games/sol)
2. Move the mouse cursor over some card faces.
Expected: Cursor changes to a pointing hand.
Observed: Cursor stays as an arrow until you click on something.
This bug seems to be unique to Unity8. The Mir demo servers work
correctly.
