testing. I am a total beginner and am trying to get away from Windows, so I
really don´t know what to do in Ubuntu. Is there a way to access a
blow-by-blow instruction as to what and how I should do?

Accepted fglrx-installer-updates into trusty-proposed. The package will
build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/fglrx-installer-updates/2:15.201-0ubuntu0.14.04.2 in a few hours, and
