Public bug reported:

When you use a wild card in a juju scp operation juju doesn't tell you
what it copied so you don't know if it copied nothing which is sad!

stg-ue-error-tracker@wendigo:~$ juju scp -e cassandra-querier ubuntu/0:chipaca*
/tmp/
stg-ue-error-tracker@wendigo:~$

Compare this to scp itself:

bdmurray@impulse:/tmp$ scp wendigo.canonical.com:/tmp/chipaca* .
chipaca-results-20170223.txt 100% 1637KB 1.6MB/s 00:01

This is with juju-core version 1.25.6-0ubuntu1.14.04.1.

** Affects: juju (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
