I get the same error message when attempting to run gnome-maps
3.23.90-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu Zesty.
The error message indicates that some part of the Javascript appears
twice (possibly due to something being duplicated when combining all the
scripts together, including those from libraries). I therefore don't
know if a rebuild will affect this...
