Steps to reproduce:
1. Open gtkterm
2. Select port and fill its parameters in Configuration->Port window
3. Make some work in its terminal
4. Open Configuration->Port window again (for example for changing port to new 
one).

Expected results:
* Configuration->Port window remembered all settings which were set previously 
(as in 2).

Actual results:
* Configuration->Port window does not remember settings which were set in 
previously (as in 2).
