It would appear from the logs that you have deleted (locally) the
following files:
modified.conffile..etc.apache2.mods-available.php7.0.conf: [deleted]
modified.conffile..etc.apache2.mods-available.php7.0.load: [deleted]
Is that correct?
Deleting key configuration files of installed packages will often lead
to issues on updates (it makes more sense to just purge the package). As
I understand it, if you did delete those files, then you cannot be using
libapache2-mod-php.
If this is incorrect and something else is going on, please move the bug
to New and try to explain how to reproduce the issue.
