ubuntu 17.04 Unity 8
[unity8] main menu active when kate is maximized, you can open multiple child
windows (kinda cool but probably wrong) but if you close kate while the child
windows are opened the windows close but the kate process remains noming 100%
CPU until forever (or until the process is killed/terminated)

launch kate, maximize, from the menu About -> Kate, About KDE, File Open
etc, open a lot of child windows
