I couldn't find which specific integrated graphics were used on Lenovo's
site for the t450, but CNet lists "Intel HD Graphics 5500"

I've got a Dell XPS 13 which also has integrated Intel HD Graphics. I'm
running 16.04 LTS. I've tried both 4.4.x and 4.8.x-hwe kernels under
16.04 LTS.
