Thanks to Jeremy's digging, postgresql-multicorn has been failing for
years in both Debian and Ubuntu. We just need to update the excuses
hints at https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-release/britney/hints-
ubuntu/view/head:/pitti#L164
