In the future, rather than deleting files manually you should run
autoremove. But it's not identifying any candidates for removal, yet it
looks like there are a number of kernel packages still installed. So for
each of the versions that generated a "no such file or directory" error
on autoremove I suggest you run:

 sudo dpkg --remove linux-image-<version>-generic linux-image-
extra-<version>-generic linux-headers-<version>-generic linux-
headers-<version>

Hopefully that will free up some space in /boot.
