In the future, rather than deleting files manually you should run autoremove. But it's not identifying any candidates for removal, yet it looks like there are a number of kernel packages still installed. So for each of the versions that generated a "no such file or directory" error on autoremove I suggest you run:
sudo dpkg --remove linux-image-<version>-generic linux-image- extra-<version>-generic linux-headers-<version>-generic linux- headers-<version> Hopefully that will free up some space in /boot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1669071 Title: package linux-firmware 1.127.23 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/+bug/1669071/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
