Public bug reported:

When performing an action on a single partition, such as removing the
"bootable" flag, makes other partitions to be shown as "unformatted
space".

The partitions format of the HDD is Master Boot Record.
The action of removing the "bootable" flag was performed on a single "ext4"
partition.
The other partitions that were shown as "unallocated space" were on an
"Extended Partition".

After reboot - the partitions were displayed normally (the output of the
partition was valid on the Disks app).

Using:
* Ubuntu 16.04.
* gnome-disk-utility 3.18.3.1
* UDisks 2.1.7 (built against 2.1.6)

** Affects: gnome-disk-utility (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
