Upgrade the Redpine WLAN/BT RS9113 driver in Ubuntu Xenial kernel to RC1.
Release version: 0.9.8.5 RC1.
This is the latest version of the driver provided by Redpine. For now,
this driver is enabled only on x86, x86_64 architectures. The impact is
also restricted to { SDIO_DEVICE(0x041B, 0x9330) } chipsets.

5. Keep alive functionality in station mode issue fixed
6. 11n data rates issue in station mode resolved.
