Public bug reported:
After recent update of Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS and specifically updating
"library for wireless and mobile dialogs" VPN connection greyed out. I
use Clonezilla for backing up entire partition of Ubuntu and this update
exactly causes VPN connection problem after update (checked by restoring
last stable backup and updating this package).
