Public bug reported:
most of the shortcuts in ubuntu contain ctrl+alt. for example if you
want to open terminal through shortcut key you can press ctrl+alt+T. But
my problem is when I press and hold down Crtl+Alt before pressing T it
cause all windows to minimize. It is frustrating to restore them cause
it is not just minimizing it also changes the size of windows to!
