Impact

Hitori doesn't show in the Software app (gnome-software).
- The appstream generator gets confused by the .xpm icon shipped by the
- Debian packaging. Removing the .xpm and the generally obsolete Debian
- menu file fixes this problem.

+ resolution. The app icon needs to be at least 64x64.
