FYI - This is in 4.11-rc1 but not in 4.10.


Aside of the actual issue (cryptsetup unusable) this also makes all packages 
that trigger cryptsetup based tests fail on ppc64el so there might be some 
noise in proposed (e.g. any systemd test as this debugging started with).
