multimonitor config (displayport alt mode over usb c)
noticed previously that selecting 'scale controls to monitor with smallest
controls' causes the Dash to scale incorrectly, and it is impossible to view
icons
After connecting and disconnecting monitor several times (in course of normal
docking/undocking) the dash does not display at all (in fact you can see the
outline and some artifacts, but no icons or text)
Screen shot attached. look carefully where the launcher should be appearing.
