Public bug reported:
libhmsbeagle no longer builds on ppc64el and s390x since the maintainer
restricted architectures to those where beignet-opencl-icd | mesa-
opencl-icd is available, currently amd64 i386 arm64 armhf
Please remove binary packages libhmsbeagle-dev, libhmsbeagle-java and
libhmsbeagle1v5 on these architectures
