UPDATE: After more checking I found there were Ubuntu entries in the EFI file that I had manually created when trying some of the fixes I found on Google. I deleted them and started the Lubuntu install again. Again it did not find the Windows partition but installed into SDA5. This time the install process completed but it did not build the UEFI entries for a double boot of Windows 10 and Lubuntu 16.10. Still looking for a resolution to be able to boot the Lubuntu image.
