That apparmor is a red herring here. It is for a feature called "debug-threads". https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2016-March/msg00428.html In later releases we fixed that permission to work properly, but it doesn't hurt other than some noise - so no SRU. But your issue should certainly be something else.
