QtUbuntu creates non-fullscreen surfaces for Qt applications - on phone
they are positioned at (0, 58) and have dimensions (720, 1222).
When shell requests a snapshot of a Qt application, Mir returns a pixmap
of size 720x1280, with the top 58 rows of pixels all white.
Would be better if Mir returned snapshot of actual surface, so pixmap of
size 720 x 1222.
