In application desktop files, X-Ubuntu-Splash-Image=image.png works if
the file image.png exists but not if [email protected] does for example
because it checks for the existence of image.png. However it should
still pass image.png to the Image {} component which will then lookup
[email protected] automatically and downscale/upscale appropriately depending
on the GRID_UNIT_PX defined on the device.
