When unity8 is run in greeter mode, the greeter should be able to be
displayed as fullscreen by calling showFullScreen. This doesn't work
(there is currently a work around in place).
Expected behavior: greeter takes up the full screen
Actual behavior: Greeter is the default mobile size, and the rest of the screen
is black.
The Screen reports the correct geometry as specifying the view size
based on screen width and height works fine.
