Current situation:
If you tap on a dash header to expand the content (ie. "Installed" in
Apps scope) this works as expected. However, if you then tap on another
header in the same scope to expand, the currently expanded section
contracts.
Solution:
The expanded sections should stay expanded until their own header is
tapped again to contract. Tapping on a header should only
expand/contract its' own section, not other sections
We should be able to have several sections expanded at the same time
