Regarding mysql, sosreport pulls /var/log/mysql.log and
/var/log/mysql/mysql.log, but those are empty on a default mysql/percona
/percona-xtradb-cluster installation.
Just tested in a openstack vm, and here is where error log is located:
mysql> show global variables like '%log_error%';
+---------------+-------------------------------------------------+
| Variable_name | Value |
+---------------+-------------------------------------------------+
| log_error | /var/lib/mysql/juju-mariosplivalo-machine-8.err |
+---------------+-------------------------------------------------+
1 row in set (0.01 sec)
Keep in mind that mysql keeps it's datadir in /var/lib/mysql so only
{hostname}.err should be included with sosreport.
** Affects: sosreport (Ubuntu)
