Public bug reported:
Enable OO quickstarter in OO (Tools->options->memory->quick starter). After it
appeared on panel (GNOME) it is a clickable icon.
Once u click, you can select oo apps from list, but the case is that icon does
not "unclick", I mean, it still remains pressed. You can click second time,
then it "unpresses". I think it will be more correct if it will be like icon in
KDE or Windows desktop.
