Opera has been temporarily removed from Software Boutique.

The packages have been updated for the upcoming 17.04, but also 16.04
and 16.10 via the PPA (by clicking on "subscribe for updates" within
Welcome/Boutique).
Once Opera has fixed this issue, we'll be able to feature this
application again.
