Tried to look at the errors.ubuntu.com site but found I do have access
and have to sign up and agree to terms such as:

Given that last line - that I cannot discuss anything I might find in
the bug report with anyone else without having "permission" in writing
make me think "sod it" - if they don't want to tell us more about the
issue they are having then I will resist (hard as it might be!) the urge
to rush off and try and fix it - if others are having an issue I trust
they would be a little more willing to openly tell what is wrong...
