Public bug reported:

[Description]

After updates to linux-4.4.0-66, my wifi card Intel Wireless 8260 can't
scan any networks.

[Step to reproduce]
- update your kernel to 4.4.0-66
- restart computer

[Expected]
- wifi card behaves like in 4.4.0-64 : it is able to scan and connect to wifi
networks

[Actual]
- I cannot scan networks (`sudo iwlist <interface> scan` does not give back any
results)
- in dmesg, I have the following error:

>_kernel: [ 9.653190] iwlwifi 0000:04:00.0: Direct firmware load for
>iwlwifi-8000C-19.ucode failed with error -2
> kernel: [ 9.653207] iwlwifi 0000:04:00.0: Direct firmware load for
> iwlwifi-8000C-18.ucode failed with error -2
> kernel: [ 9.653385] iwlwifi 0000:04:00.0: Direct firmware load for
> iwlwifi-8000C-17.ucode failed with error -2
