Public bug reported:

running terminal app deb on unity8 deb session, on relaunch the height
is always reset to some default value. it should remember the previous
height. Width is restored correctly

Steps to reproduce:
1. launch terminal in unity8
2. resize the app to make it taller and wider
3. close the app
4. restart the app

Expected results:
- The app should be started with previous width and height when it was last
closed

Actual results:
- The app is started with correct width but incorrect height
