Public bug reported:
When I plug in a USB to Serial adapter, brltty tries to take control of
the adapter and then disconnects it when it doesn't do anything with it.
This is the default action an renders the device unusable. The solution
currently is to uninstall brltty package and then all is well.
I recommend removing brltty from the default install as more people need
to use USB-Serial converters than the brail tty. Otherwise, change the
config so that it does not grab the device and disconnect it (I have not
found a way to do this).
