Public bug reported:
In the 17.04 the contrast is very strong and everything looks dark, but
it's not only the screen, if i take a screenshot then open it in Windows
it saves the image with the wrong contrast, same for screen recording.
I have a GTX 1070 and the latest driver at the time i am posting.
