Although this really does not seem to be in the Ubuntu.mirrors, so there
is nothing to do on the python-apt side (well, the Debian one, but we
don't care about this here, and we don't really want bug reports about
mirror lists at all, they are pointless due to being automatically
generated and low-priority enough to not warrant an update on their
own).
Reassigning to software-properties and setting it to Incomplete, as
either software-properties is confused or something else - maybe
aptsources is, in that case, feel free to reassign back.
