Public bug reported:
I have an anacron job set to execute daily. If I leave the computer on
the script is executed normally.
However, if the computer is started after the set time for anacron
(7:30) then the job is never executed.
This is related to #1666875, but I can't updload the logs automatically
to that other bug.
