Public bug reported:
After upgrading to Ubunutu 16.10 due to an unrelated driver issue, I
discovered the yakkety package for Codeblocks (16.01+dfsg-2) has some
unfortunate bugs in window redraw. Specifically, document windows
displayed in the tab bar above the main editor fail to redraw or update
after a few moments of the application's opening. Click locations remain
active, but the display on document open or close is not updated.
Resizing the window to attempt to force a redraw results in other panels
not updating their display properly as well. The editor display itself
remains active and functions as expected.
