Public bug reported:
kasumi is a japanese dictionary tool which depends on scim-anthy and a
part of scim-anthy setup.
** How to reproduce **
1. install Japanese language support
2. SCIM-setup panel -> IM engine -> Anthy -> Dictionary Tab -> ”Edit
dictionary" command: kasumi -> click on "Launch" button
doesn't respond at all because kasumi has not been installed.
