Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: comix

Package: comix
Version: 3.6.4-1
Kubuntu 7.10

I wonder why Comix always takes over by default all file-types of images: jpg,
png, gif and so on in KDE.
Comix is set in file-types programs hierarchy over Gwenview and other image
viewers. I have to move it down, to make eg. Gwenview open my images for every
single file-type.
I think it's a bug, because no one uses Comix for browsing photos and other
images. It is for reading comics or ebooks. It is a serious bug for Comix to be
the default image viewer after installation.

This bug applies also to former versions of Kubuntu.

** Affects: comix (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
